Suggestion on creating a more convenient save button

I have a follow up question. Is it possible to maybe get a shortcut save button instead of having to scroll up to the top of the screen to save entries. I spend alot of time entering client info and follow up dates, sometimes as many as 15 clients only to have that information lost because I forgot to scroll back up to the top to save or got distracted and changed pages before saving. Having an easy right click button to save or even adding one at the bottom of the screen would be so helpful and time saving. Just a suggestion!! Have a wonderful day!
