Would like to be able to schedule an email to be sent in the Compose email section of a project. This way when i am talking with the custome on the phone i can schedule a follow up email with them in 3 months and it will send on the date i pick

Hi JL! I will add this to the enhancement board because I definitely see the value in being able to achieve that in the external email section. In the meantime, there are 2 other ways off the top of my head that might be able to achieve this. Check out the sequences feature there in the external email section. Or, you might be able to use an automation depending on the subscription type your company holds.

Thanks i know i can do it in outlook but would be nice to do it right in the compose email section .

Yep, you're exactly right! I've included a little video here, to show you how this can be done using sequences in our system- very simple! But I did go ahead and document your feature suggestion as well.
