Listing multiple contacts for the same company

Many times I get asked for a proposal by several individuals from the same company for various reasons, one may be a local contact but the regional supervisor on the mainland might want a copy or the head estimator and an administrator may need it. The way it is set up now I have to list the company and contact each time it is requested so my estimators know who to send the proposals to.
