The Calendar sync needs to be constant. if i am adding appointments every day and its not syncing i may schedule a same day appointment that doesn't show up

Hi JL- are you referring to the Outlook or Google Calendar sync? That should be constant. If it isn't, that's likely an issue that we can resolve.

I hit sync yesterday and its saying it still did not sync since then
